Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice and believe it was done in error, you can submit a counter notification.
- Provide your signature.
- Description of the material taken down and its original location.
- A declaration that the removal was a mistake or a misidentification.
- Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.
